Health coaches at A State of Balance are experienced professionals who know that everyone has a different life situation, strengths, values, goals and desires. Your coach becomes your partner. Together, you work on strategies that fit the realities of your life, jointly identify obstacles to change and create strategies that move you toward better health. You'll receive information, ideas, education, tools and techniques. You can expect to be accepted and respected, valued and encouraged to value yourself. Over a 6 month period, you create a personal health vision with short and long term goals addressing such issues as basic health needs, healthy food choices, exercise, and daily routines.
At A Touch of Health we believe that wellness should be made affordable making it that everyone can receive the care they need. We offer a variety of services and products ranging from Massage Therapy (Swedish/Hot Stone/Prenatal), Rain Drop Therapy, Reflexology, Ionic Foot Cleanse/Detox, Herbal Body Wraps, Thai Yoga, Kahi Loa, Supplements/Vitamins, Essential Oils, Bach Flower Remedies, and Health Seminars. Gift certificates are available. We are located in the Vibrant Health Wellness Center.
