By sharing your story, we are able to better educate the community of the importance of making healthy changes for life. Stories will be posted on the mi-Vibe website. There they will be a resource and will inspire other to improve their health.
mi-Vibe is looking for any type of story that pertains to improving your physical or mental health. This story could include topics such as maintaining weight loss, learning to control diabetes, managing stress levels, finding ways to incorporate more physical activity in the day, participating in marathons/triathlons, new training techniques or improved eating habits. Essentially, we want to hear about your efforts to improve your health and well-being!
