You'll receive information, ideas, education, tools and techniques. You can expect to be accepted and respected, valued and encouraged to value yourself. Over a 6 month period, you create a personal health vision with short and long term goals addressing such issues as basic health needs, healthy food choices, exercise, and daily routines. |
